Steadfast for Falmouth
About Ryan
I am seeking the honor of representing Falmouth as its Delegate to the Barnstable County Assembly. I bring to this candidacy a robust and extensive record of public service, grounded in a deep commitment to effective, transparent, and community‑centered government.
My wife and I chose Falmouth after first falling in love with its natural beauty—and soon after, with its character and sense of community. In 2024, my dedication to public service led me to cross paths with the remarkable people of Falmouth, and I knew I had found my home. More importantly, I knew I had more to give.
With more than thirteen years of experience in local, county, and state government, I have worked across every fundamental element of public administration in Massachusetts. Since 2015, I have served at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, gaining firsthand insight into the systems, challenges, and opportunities that shape our region.
I hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Massachusetts Boston. In 2025, I was appointed by the Falmouth Select Board to serve as a Commissioner on the Falmouth Commission on Substance Use, where I continue to support collaborative, stigma‑aware approaches to community health. In 2026, I was elected to serve as Falmouth Town Meeting Member for Precinct 9.
Given my experience, skill set, and unwavering commitment to public service, I believe I can best serve Falmouth as its Delegate to the Barnstable County Assembly.
I respectfully request your support and your vote.

Regionalizing Solutions on Cape Cod
For many people in Falmouth, county government can feel distant- but its impact is often much closer to home than most realize. Through the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates and Government, Cape communities work together on challenges that no single town can solve alone.
Our county government protects the Cape's drinking water and fragile coastal environment, supports public health systems, coordinates emergency responses, and provides services that save taxpayers money through shared resources and expertise.
County government also plays an important role in addressing issues like housing affordability, substance use prevention, and public health planning across all fifteen Cape towns.
For my neighbors in Falmouth, this can mean cleaner water, stronger emergency response systems, better public health coordination, and more efficient use of taxpayer dollars. Regional governments work best when they brings communities together to tackle shared problems practically and collaboratively while still respecting the unique character of each town on Cape Cod.

Priorities
Create Housing Solutions
Our neighbors are struggling to afford housing in our town. The county needs to prioritize creative housing solutions. I will advocate and push forward ideas to one of our most complex problems here on Cape Cod.
Climate Change & Emergency Response
The impacts of climate change are impacting us here on Cape Cod now. I will champion solutions that mitigate dangers associated with rising sea-levels and stronger winter storms.
Financial Stewardship
Families are struggling with the rising costs of living on Cape Cod. Every dollar spent on services need careful consideration. I'll explore options to alleviate financial constraints. Solutions must prioritize those who live here year-round.
Addiction & Mental Health
As our community grapples with the aftermath of the opioid epidemic, we need to prioritize access to services for those who are seeking treatment. More importantly, we need to invest in resources to prevent the cycle of addiction. I will lead efforts to further regionalize health prevention systems.
